Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you're arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in selected room categories (one dog per room), for a fee of €20 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area, and must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel grounds.
Outdoor parking is free of charge. Garage spaces can be booked for €8 per day per vehicle, and two EV charging stations are available on site.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and Maestro cards with PIN.
Please let us know about any food allergies or intolerances in advance. Additional charges may apply if special preparation is required. Vegetarian options are available on request.
A local tourist tax of €5 per person per night applies (children under 16 are exempt). A New Year's Eve surcharge of €40 per person applies for guests aged 14 and over.
When sharing a room with two full-paying adults, discounts apply as follows: children up to 3 years €15 per day, ages 4–10 receive 50% off, ages 11–14 receive 30% off, and ages 15+ receive 20% off.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival incur a €50 processing fee. Cancelling 30 to 10 days before arrival is charged at 50% of the stay's price, and 10 to 0 days before at 80%. A no-show or early departure is charged at the full price (100%).
Yes, our entire hotel offers free Wi-Fi, with the exception of the Fürsten-WellNest spa area.
Our Fürsten-WellNest spa is open as follows: pool 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, sauna area 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (including the outdoor sauna in good weather), fitness studio 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and massages 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
