Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. If you're arriving after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in selected room categories (one dog per room), for a fee of €20 per day (excluding food). Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area, and must be kept on a leash throughout the hotel grounds.
Outdoor parking is free of charge. Garage spaces can be booked for €8 per day per vehicle, and two EV charging stations are available on site.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival incur a €50 processing fee. Cancelling 30 to 10 days before arrival is charged at 50% of the stay's price, and 10 to 0 days before at 80%. A no-show or early departure is charged at the full price (100%).
Yes, our entire hotel offers free Wi-Fi, with the exception of the Fürsten-WellNest spa area.
Our Fürsten-WellNest spa is open as follows: pool 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, sauna area 2:00 PM–7:00 PM (including the outdoor sauna in good weather), fitness studio 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and massages 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Winter walking & snowshoeing
Hike through snow-covered forests, across wintry meadows and through the mountain landscape. In winter there are guided snowshoe hikes twice a week.
Tobogganing & mountain hut fun
Many alpine huts are open in winter too and have well-maintained toboggan runs. Some of them are even floodlit in the evening. Whether leisurely or fast-paced, a toboggan ride is a wonderfully varied winter activity for young and old alike.
Ski touring
The front part of the Ötztal offers numerous opportunities for ski tours in the high mountains. From easier tours for beginners through to demanding routes for experienced ski tourers, there is something for every ability level.
Cross-country skiing
Around 85 kilometres of perfectly groomed trails are available to you in the Ötztal. Both classic cross-country skiing and skating are possible – ideal for anyone who wants to combine exercise with a winter landscape.
